Aniko Foldi RYT - 500, CYT
Aniko Foldi received her yoga teacher certification specializing in Structural Yoga Therapy and the Saraswati River Method from Yoga Loka, Frenchtown, NJ in 2006. She completed The Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy teacher training, Bristol, VT in 2008.
In 2019 after 2 years of study with the School of Spanda® Yoga Movement Therapy she graduated as a Certified Yoga Therapist.
Additional training includes: Yoga for Osteopenia and Osteoporosis; Yogic Support for Autoimmune Challenges and Systemic Inflammation; Therapeutic Teacher Training with Integral Yoga Institute of Princeton, NJ; Yoga for Back Care; Yoga for Vibrant Aging; Spanda®: The Yoga of Movement 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training, Princeton, NJ.
Aniko is registered by the Yoga Alliance.
Aniko encourages her students to respect their body, work within their limits, follow their own path, and continue to learn and grow with joy. She believes in the positive results of yoga and helps people take these teachings outside of the studio and into their regular lives to achieve more peace and balance. She strives to make all of her classes a positive and safe environment by creating an atmosphere of acceptance for everyone in the class and allowing each student the ability to become their own best teacher as they gain more awareness, focus and balance - physically, mentally and spiritually.

John Augustine
John Augustine, LMT became a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist in 2004 (NCTMB).
He received his initial training from the Pennsylvania Institute of Massage Therapy, with additional continuing education at the Swedish Institute in NYC, The New Jersey School of Massage and Academy Of Massage & Bodywork. He has also studied Essentials of Oncology Massage at Sage Continuing Ed in Lancaster – and Geriatric Massage at the North Jersey Training Center.
John tailors his sessions based on the client need. In addition to traditional Swedish, some techniques that can be included in a session are: Therapeutic Stretching – Sacred Lomi Lomi, Warm Stone Massage, Thai Yoga Massage and Orthopedic Massage and Pain Management.
In his spare time John is a classical pianist and has studied Shotokan Karate, American Sign Language and horseback riding. (English)
